Q: Once I buy your sheet music, can I make multiple COPIES to use for a group or choir?
A: Music copyright laws allow you to ONLY print the amount of copies you pay for. If you purchased one copy, that is all you are allowed to possess.
*If you need an additional copy for a vocalist, pianist, etc., please purchase the correct amount of copies.
*If you plan to teach this to a group of children (eg. Primary children), you must purchase the group package.
*For larger groups or choirs (eg. Youth groups, Ward Choirs, etc.), please find the appropriate option listed in the drop down menu within each item. Please respect the copyright law. Email us with any questions at contact@britamiles.com.
Audio: With an audio purchase, you may download for your specific use, but you are not allowed to distribute it.
Q: With my downloaded purchase, am I able to send it to my friends, family and others?
A: Unfortunately not. You can direct them to Britamiles.com so they can find the item(s) that they also would like to enjoy. Or you can purchase an additional copy for the person you wish to send the product to. Please look at the package options and make sure you choose the correct selection for your needs. Q: How will I DOWNLOAD the music?
A: DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS - Each product purchased will be available for immediate download. After your order is placed, a download button will appear on your screen. You also will be emailed a link to download your order to the email address provided at checkout. You may either download your order immediately, or via email. Please keep in mind you may only download your order once, at which point the link will expire. If you experience issues with your download, email contact@britamiles.com.
Q: Is my purchase information SECURE on your site?
A: Yes. Our site is powered by Shopify. They are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. They have taken extensive measures to secure your information and data.
Q: Are there any TAXES that I will have to pay?
A: No, because we offer our products strictly online, there will be no taxes for you to pay.
Q: Can sheet music I purchase be SHIPPED to my address?
A: We don’t ship the sheet music. We simply allow you to download it directly through our website or from the link we send to your email. This saves you from having to pay shipping expenses. You can then print the specific amount of product you purchased.
Q: Will I get a REFUND if I don’t want the sheet music or audio file after I have purchased it?
A: No, due to the fact that these are digital downloads there are no refunds given. Thank you for understanding.
